PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN consultations

Every month I open up 3 one-hour sessions at a pay-what-you-can rate. $50? $32? $19? Sure! I will accept whatever amount you are able to pay for a consultation via videoconference. Please consider your financial position as well as what this work is worth to you when figuring out what you can realistically afford.

These sessions could be perfect for: 

• Intro to using the fertility awareness method*

• Troubleshooting cycle questions/challenges

• Chart review (for those charting already)

• Preconception support (diet, sleep, stress, etc.)

• Hormone balancing through dietary & lifestyle suggestions

• Postpartum support (breastfeeding, fertility, etc)

• Contraceptive options, including herbal & emergency

• Abortion support & options counseling

*One hour of instruction in FAM is not enough to be able to use it as your primary method of birth control. If this is your goal, and my normal FAM package is financially inaccessible to you, I’m happy to work with you to figure something out.
